Wirapol Sukphol, formerly Nen Kham, sits in a room at the Department of Special Investigation waiting to be sent to prosecutors for indictment on Thursday. Prosecutors took Mr Wirapol, 38, formerly Nen Kham, to the Criminal Court after indicting him for violations of the Computer Crimes Act, frauds, money laundering, raping a girl under 15, and child abduction. Mr Wirapol was taken to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) for lengthy interrogation. DSI director-general Paisit Wongmuang said on Thursday that Mr Wirapol denied all allegations during the questioning process and said he wanted to fight the cases in court. Panu Suksawad, a lawyer for Mr Wirapol who had been with him since Wednesday night, said his client did not show any stress or signs of worry about the accusations.
